He claims to know nothing about the flying ship that the Bandit is speaking about. If shown the Blueprint, he grabs it from them and examines it closely...where did you get this? He actually didn't think it existed, until now, he thought that it was just legends...but he knows an awful lot about the legend. The legend that the Blue Domes surrounding the planet weren't always there, that they were built by a long and forgotten civilization, the ancestor's of Colorra. My butler Zaeed and I have had long conversations around the hearth about these legends, he seems to know as much if no more...than me..." He is wondering how the two got inside, and that they will be hailed as hero's and the Governor's personal Body guards if they wish. That there will be a grand festival for saving the life of their Governor. Though 
 
He's sorry to say that Colorr'as Treasury has run dry, Someone has been stealing right underneath his nose. And he cannot offer them any monetary reward. Zeed come's running in afterwards with a small dagger but you think you see a Large sword blade hidden under his Butlering Suit. He seems completely out of breath, and has a cut on his face...he says he never should have left to go sit by his niece's side as she died...if it meant his Governor would die...

party Found 'Joe' the Mercenary who was asleep in a bedroom - he had his sword laying next to the wall and was sleeping in armor. he has a Mercenary Guild patch on his outer tunic - (( Gm Info- He actually is  a part of the merceneries guild on a tour of the governor's mansion, and not a part of the CCS (Colorran Crime Syndicate))
 
 
tied up w/ result of 8 Survival  - rummaged through the pack found 133 credits in there adventuring supplies, and a map of walric with a house circled. but didn't take anything, left his stuff in the bathroom for him to get later
