At least 15 must be in Auspicious or Favored Abilities. No minimums are required. ** Alchemicals: 37 Ability Dots. ** Dynastic Terrestrials: 52 Ability Dots, with a total of 5 Favored Abilities. At least 19 dots must be in Aspected or Favored. Standard minimum requirements for a Dynasts. ** Lookshy Terrestrials: 52 Ability Dots, with a total of 5 Favored Abilities. At least 19 dots must be in Aspected or Favored. Standard minimum requirements for a Dynasts. ** Outcaste Terrestrials: 37 Ability Dots, with a total of 5 Favored Abilities. At least 19 dots must be in Aspected or Favored. * Advantages - Backgrounds: ** Solars: 10 Dots ** Lunars: 10 Dots ** Sidereals: 15 Dots ** Alchemicals: 15 Dots ** Dynastic Terrestrials: 18 Dots ** Lookshy Terrestrials: 19 Dots ** Outcaste Terrestrials: 10 Dots ** Artifacts: All Exalted (except Alchemicals) use the Dragon-Blooded version of the Artifacts background. ** Automatic Background for Solars and Lunars: Solar Bond 5 (Lunars), Lunar Bond 5 (Solars). An automatic and modified version of the merit Eternal Vow from the 1E Players Guide is also in effect. Said modification allows for the communication of thoughts, emotions and sensations over extended distances. At the player's option, the True Love merit can be defined as automatically included in the above backgrounds; such is not required and may not be reciprocated. ** Lunars: Heart's Blood background is disregarded. Any reasonable forms may be used with or without a flashback scene, as appropriate. * Advantages - Charms: ** Any Excellencies that your character qualifies for are considered to be known; any Excellencies that your character eventually qualifies for are considered to be automatically known with no required training time. It is the nature of the Exalted to be excellent within their purview. In this vein, the Augmentations of the Alchemical Exalted, except for the Fourth and Sixth, do not require a Charm Slot or a commitment cost. ** The selection of a Sorcery Charm includes two spell selections of the appropriate circle. Additional charm selections used for spells enables three spell selections instead of the default. ** Solars: 15 Charms, at least 5 of which must be from Caste or Favored Abilities (or Yozis, in the case of Infernals). ** Lunars: 12 Charms and 6 Knacks. A minimum of 4 Charms must be selected from Caste or Favored Attributes. Charm selections may be used to purchase Knacks as per normal. ** Sidereals: 18 Charms. At least 6 must be selected from Auspicious or Favored Abilities. Use the [http://dl.dropbox.com/u/5017537/The%20Loom%202.0.pdf Loom 2.0 Sidereal charmset] by Plague of Hats. ** Alchemicals: 12 Charms, 6 Dedicated Slots, and 6 General Slots. ** Dynastic Terrestrials: 10 Charms, at least 6 from Aspected or Favored, or 7 Immaculate Martial Arts Charms (not including Pasiap's Humility and Moment of Daana'd). ** Lookshy Terrestrials: 9 Charms, at least 6 from Aspected or Favored. Wind-Carried Word Technique and Elemental Bolt Attack are treated as bonus charms. ** Outcaste Terrestrials: 10 Charms, at least 6 from Aspected or Favored. * Advantages - Virtues: 7 Dots to assign. * Finishing Touches: Starting Essence of 3 * Bonus Points: 45 (15 of which must be spent on non-magical traits)
