chi, because otherwise Red Star Dervish isn't able to use her Legacy. Which would be not cool, and we don't like that kind of thing around here.In return the Chi Condition is no longer "of the severest kind", but instead the exact bonus and penalty will be decided by me. The more reasonable to command, the bigger the bonuses and penalties will be (and vice versa). Also be adviced of the following details:
