Editing Draw Back the Scattered Troop

For 15m and 2wp, Sweet Brass can make a Charisma + Performance roll as a supernatural mental attack against any soldiers who have at one point formally enlisted in (or been conscripted by) an army that she supports but have since been separated from that army through circumstance, desertion or the vagaries of battle.  If her roll beats the soldiers' MDV, they gain an instinctive feeling of the army's location and are driven by the supernatural compulsion to rejoin the army and take up their old post.  Resisting this effect costs 2wp, and the compulsion lasts until the wp is paid or the affected soldiers are next parted from the army.
