Editing Eberron: The Moon Consortium

It is 998 YK. It has been two years since the Last War ended, four years since the nation of Cyre was destroyed in the Mourning, an act that shocked the continent of Khorvaire into laying down their arms. The kingdom of Galifar is no more. In the wake is a time of uncertainity. Nobody know what this new peace will bring. Whether it will be temporary, or long lasting. Whether the nations will settle into their borders, or decide to try to reforge the old crown. Whether the new nations on its border will be peaceful allies, or deadly conquerors.<br>

But while it is a time of concern, it is also a time of hope. Peace has restored relations and travel between nations. Business thrives and looks to new markets. Explorers travel to a new continent and make new discoveries daily, fascinating the world with insights into a distant past. Magic reaches new heights and creates new improvements on a daily basis.<br>

And this is a time of great adventure too! The end of warfare has not let to the end of conflict. Ancient and new threats have risen. Monsters lurk in the dark places of the world. Secret societies and criminal organizations seek to carve out their own power in the new world. Those willing to plunge into these dark places stand to gain great power, fame, respect... and death, if not careful.<br>

And above it all, loom the twelve moons and the draconic prophecy. A single strand of which, once thought long lost, has resurfaced in north-western Khorvaire.<br>

The world is about to change.<br>
