Natural:
+
Elena has grown quite adept at summoning various weapons/kitchen utensils when needed. Her aim is impeccable, the impressive skill she showed with throwing knives before her death only having improved through Wisp. Her melee skills have grown as well, following her mother's love of swords but not limiting herself to them. She possesses Sonia's fighting instincts, yet she is still untrained in many respects. In contrast to Elias, her style has more finesse, but her inexperience counters her natural ability. Between the two Elias is still the stronger brawler.
A combination of impeccable aim with anything from throwing knives to claymores to battleaxes and burgeoning skill with close combat, she is very much turning into a force to be reckoned with. Her natural skill has been honed further under Melog's "tutelage".

She also seems to have a silver tongue in certain matters. Shop owners rarely know what hit them, and more than once she's managed to drag others into doing what she wants them to *cough*Mihail*cough*.
+
The minor healing Wisp showed has carried over to Elena, but seems to have grown in ability. It has managed to heal significantly more damage than before, though with a noticeable drain on Elena's body in return.

Given her parentage, it is entirely possible her recent signs of unusual strength are entirely natural in origin. Given she was able to easily wield weaponry nearly her size and scale the side of a building carrying two of the heavier team members through pure rage even before the introduction of her terrorbeast core, she may be more her mother's daughter than anyone guessed.
+
She has so far used it only once and only when Wisp, but somewhere within the W.I.S.P. programming is a means to generate a defensive energy field. Elias is so far the only one to witness this, as Elena has no recollection of it happening.

Wisp Added:
+
Since the battle with Vera she has also begun manifesting a curious ability to mimic powers used against her. As of now it has only happened when she slips into her Wisp persona or through accidental (perhaps instinctual) use. It so far has only happened when around large sources of energy, and has paired itself with Elena growing more energetic and possibly erratic. It was severe overexposure to the energy generated by the Magical Girl curse that caused a breakdown and necessitated a reboot. So far TIME has not encountered anything to trigger this ability again, so how it will effect her now is unknown.
Most of these Elena has either not mastered or has no idea she even possesses them. The notable exceptions are healing and weapon summons at this time.

As revealed on Yuutsume's world, Project W.I.S.P. was actually intended to house a manifested terrorbeast in such a way that the shell (Wisp) would remain intact rather than shatter or be driven completely mad. What, exactly, the purpose of this power source is is unclear, but Vicar has referred to her as Slayer. In addition to her ability to summon various weapons/cooking utensils and her quick healing, she also possesses some form of energy shield and her mother's signature attack: A Hundred Thousand Blades to Break. An attack so stupidly overpowered that Sonia decided it was a great way to one-shot dragons.
+
The reboot also seemed to solve her energy issues. It's possible the massive overdose of Love and Justice(TM) only gave her a large reservoir to pull from. She remains without a primary power source, but between what her body supplies and part of the W.I.S.P. redesign involving absorbing ambient sources of energy she seems to have her power needs met.

It seems her mimicry was actually a rapid analysis of various narrative affecting powers by Wisp, recorded for later use and possible neutralization. So far she has shown powers used by Vera Craft, a multitude of parody Magical Girls, flight, and blood magic via Demer. She has also been introduced to several dozen completely useless powers by Winters.
+
Recently she has started showing signs she isn't as even tempered as she thought she was. She may, in fact, possess a strong dose of Dragonslayer blood after all. Flying off the handle and succeeding at stupidly dangerous things isn't normal. But on Dragonslayer it is.

What the introduction of the new core means for her is not yet certain. Her abilities are apparently unstable, anything from her knife throwing to her knitting suddenly showing erratic behavior. One can only imagine what it will do to her mood swings.
