Elena is the moral backbone of the Snark family. Her responsible streak led to her to take on the role of caretaker for not just her brother but their father as well, trying to fill in for their absent mother. Most often this took the form of things like making sure they didn't eat week old leftovers or wear clothes that hadn't been washed in three months. She is very good at most household activities (cooking, cleaning, etc.) after years of practice, and is probably the sole reason the male members of the Snark household aren't dead of food poisoning or suffocation by their own filth.

Notably, she is preposterously bad at knitting but believes she's really good at it. Clothing she makes may actually qualify as a torture device in most cultures. Elias wears what she makes for him without a fuss. Recent events binding her to a terrorbeast may have upped this to an entirely new level.
+
This isn't to say she was passive about it all. Far from it. At first glance it might seem like it, but a closer look shows she pretty much had the run of the place. Instead of yelling or scolding, she used the "Mom" look and sent them scurrying to think on what they'd done. Alternatively, she would give Elias the hero worshiping "cute little sister" look and her father the "I love you daddy" look if the situation called for it. Her skill in manipulating the both of them into behaving is best shown by how she got Luthor to tone down on all the SCIENCE! while Elias could be guilt-tripped into being good merely by being asked "What would Elena do?"

Since her transformation into Wisp and the restoration of her soul, Elena has slid back into "Wisp mode" on several occasions, normally when involving significant danger to herself or those around her. It has so far been brief, with Wisp appearing long enough to counter or avoid whatever life threatening situation arises before Elena regains herself. Though initially some incompatibility between the two sides of herself caused memory loss, the events while on Thelmessia resulted in a reconfiguration of the interface with some help from Melog. Since then Wisp has not resurfaced, possibly because Wisp no longer has to force control to follow her directives.
+
Now that she actually looks younger than he does, Elias may discover she's even harder to say no to than before.

Though it takes some effort to bring it out, Elena looks to have inherited Sonia's temper as well as her skills. It's easier to see how she and Elias are related in these moments, but also completely terrifying. Natural:

Elena retains Wisp's skill with knives, though she doesn't seem all that aware of exactly HOW good she is with them. She also still has the ability to repair minor wounds. In contrast to her bother, her sense of direction is very, very good as well. Project W.I.S.P. might have imparted other abilities to her, but so far they have not manifested.
A combination of impeccable aim with anything from throwing knives to claymores to battleaxes and burgeoning skill with close combat, she is very much turning into a force to be reckoned with. Her natural skill has been honed further under Melog's "tutelage".

She also seems to have a silver tongue in certain matters. Shop owners rarely know what hit them, and more than once she's managed to drag others into doing what she wants them to *cough*Mihail*cough*.

Given her parentage, it is entirely possible her recent signs of unusual strength are entirely natural in origin. Given she was able to easily wield weaponry nearly her size and scale the side of a building carrying two of the heavier team members through pure rage even before the introduction of her terrorbeast core, she may be more her mother's daughter than anyone guessed.

Wisp Added:

Most of these Elena has either not mastered or has no idea she even possesses them. The notable exceptions are healing and weapon summons at this time.

As revealed on Yuutsume's world, Project W.I.S.P. was actually intended to house a manifested terrorbeast in such a way that the shell (Wisp) would remain intact rather than shatter or be driven completely mad. What, exactly, the purpose of this power source is is unclear, but Vicar has referred to her as Slayer. In addition to her ability to summon various weapons/cooking utensils and her quick healing, she also possesses some form of energy shield and her mother's signature attack: A Hundred Thousand Blades to Break. An attack so stupidly overpowered that Sonia decided it was a great way to one-shot dragons.

It seems her mimicry was actually a rapid analysis of various narrative affecting powers by Wisp, recorded for later use and possible neutralization. So far she has shown powers used by Vera Craft, a multitude of parody Magical Girls, flight, and blood magic via Demer. She has also been introduced to several dozen completely useless powers by Winters.

What the introduction of the new core means for her is not yet certain. Her abilities are apparently unstable, anything from her knife throwing to her knitting suddenly showing erratic behavior. One can only imagine what it will do to her mood swings.

Recent revelations about what Wisp is have her more concerned than she lets on. It's not every day you find out you're the only thing standing between a creature that can unmake reality and the oblivion of most everything you know and love.
+
Because she was only recently restored, Elena will need time to adjust. For her the last few years have been almost like being stuck in a dream you can't remember. For now she is content to travel with her brother and his friends, making sure he doesn't get himself killed. As far as she's concerned, she owes TIME a debt for keeping him (relatively) safe and rescuing her.

The last thing she wants to do is unintentionally hurt anyone, so her primary goal is to bring her currently misbehaving skill set under control.
