This is just the initial version. The character generator I used (Muta-Gen) seems to have miscalculated the Devices. I will be recalculating by hand, but keeping the same power set. I will also be trading some of the Base Attack for some specialized attack (TK).

His reason for being at the con is that he is the warm up act for the band.
