Shadows roll off his thin body in waves, and dominate his eyes. A constant look of anger plays across his features when unfocused. Those who hear him speak, however, can feel the fire in his words, and the undeniable power behind them. Madness as well, maybe, but definitely power. Company (Cult of the Freed Soul) Influence 3 Might 2 Sovreignity 2 Territory 1 Treasure 3 In the heart of the Sunless Plains, a cult thrives. It's teachings heretical, but undeniably alluring. The land feeds upon humanity. In life, we toil for it, in death we feed it. Even our souls, our very essence, are eventually consumed. Not so for the followers of the Freed Soul path. In death, the devoted, and the cleansed, are released from this horrible fate, the souls untethered to find peace. The bodies fuel the cult, denying the embrace of the ground for just a bit longer, breaking our slavery to Heluso, the Devourer.
