<blockquote>Spring 1934.  Nearly a decade-and-a-half after the War of the Alliance, tensions begin to arise on Terra Nova yet again.  Southern MILICIA and Southern Republican Army ("SRA") forces continue to test CNCS boundaries. 
 The constant skirmishes leave one or more dead at a time.  Each death pushes the clock to a renewed Interpolar War.  Second Follower Hutchison praises the Northern armies and their protection of the Revisionist faith. 
 He decries the immorality and sin of the South.  Cartels and smugglers take advantage of the CNCS' being stretched thin.  They bring in Allied Southern Territories' ("AST") and SRA intelligence agents as well as drugs and other contraband.  In addition, they take WFP goods out without paying proper tariffs or following customs protocol.</blockquote>
