This fact that comforts her little, given the lack of respect (for a Farseer) shown to her by most Eldar. To them, she is young of body and mind, her appointment to the High Council proof of its folly. Eiluned's repeated attempts to better their perception of herself in the eyes of others have only given her the reputation of being impulsive and rash, an attitude unbecoming of any Eldar, let alone a Farseer, while the High Council itself quietly regrets appointing her to her position and seeks to marginalize her role in society. All these factors only serve to encourage each other, miring her in a cycle of despair and ennui that she is anxious to break...
