[Captains Note: Currently at half wages until the lab, his quarters, and two privies are replaced.  A definite dweeb.]

Pholly (more of a nickname than an actual name) has been part of the crew for a while now, and has fully earned his name.  

Pholly claims to be a master of lockpicking, despite the fact that he only practices on one lock, made before the Last War started.  Pholly has been working on his alchemy skills recenty, specifically trying to make alchemist fire.  His frequent explosive failures routinely rock the ship, yet leave Pholly only slightly scorched.  This has given the cleric absolute fits, not to mention the Captain.  The cleric is hoping that Pholly will finally blow himself to smithereens, so he can get a good night's sleep.  The Captain hopes Pholly will die so he doesn't have to pay good money to fix up the ship.

Pholly was recently forbidden from dumping his failed concoctions in the ship's head, as the resulting Arcane Ooze was quite pesky and tough to exterminate.

Pholly volunteers to go on several hazardous assignments, hoping to earn some prestige in the eyes of his crew mates.  More often than not, Pholly is attacked by some big mean creature and nearly slain, only to show up hale and healthy the next day.
