*Enemy (Talwar, the Changling): His brother wasn't as lucky as Gargoyle. His pod landed in the China, where scientists experimented on him until he recently escaped. Now he's looking to rejoin with his brother and get a little payback towards the humans.
*Enemy (Sinister Seasons): Gargoyle's escape pod actually crashed into their secret base, alerting the authorities and local supers group to their presence, and destroying months of planning and untold resources.  The group is comprised of Old Man Winter, Blossom, Heatwave, and Lady Autumn.
*Natural Curiousity:  Sometimes Gargoyle's curiousity gets the better of him.  This often leads to him getting himself in trouble or accidently breaking stuff.

Gargoyle is a six and half foot tall man shaped creature with dull gray, stony skin and large wings. He has a noticable underbite and many of his teeth are pointed. He sports a pair of horns, his fingers end in blunt claws, and his eyes are jet black.

Several members of the supergroup that found him and their publicist have asked him why he doesn't just shift into a more human appearance.  He says that this shape is just "more comfortable."

Gargoyle doesn't usually wear a lot of clothes unless it is socially required, like at galas and press conferences.  Most times he'll just wear a pair of jeans or shorts to keep the female members of the group comfortable.  When fighting crime, he sports a dark, navy blue pair of tight fitting shorts.


==='''PUBLIC PROFILE'''===
Gargoyle was kind of adopted into FISH's California supers team, the Crusaders, after he arrived on earth. As such, he is somewhat known for his short stint with them, though he was only a minor, partial member of the team. When asked to be part of a new team that was forming, he jumped at the chance to broaden his horizons. He still keeps close connections with his former teammates, especially Manta-man, whom he sees as an older brother figure.. He also lives in the base. He doesn't have a "real" job, mostly he just spends the days exploring the world. His race has a natural curiosity that has gotten it in trouble from time to time.

Gargoyle's alien origins and monstrous appearance is still a topic of some controversy and tabloids, but he is overall accepted by the public.  His natural charisma and kindness have endeared him to many.  Very few people understand that he is still a child to his race (he was still living with his parents until they were attacked).  As the only member of the team without a day job, he has a lot more free time to indulge in his hobby of exploring, particularly by flying around the city, so lots of photos are taken of him daily.  He has a tendency to stop and save cats from trees, help move cars after and accident, and generally help when he sees the opportunity.
