Editing God Game Lite:Epochs

The game plays out over the course of several epochs. The actual duration of an epoch is unspecified, but should be roughly 1,000 years.

==Cards==
At the beginning of each epoch, deal each player four tarot cards. They must choose one to discard, but they can't discard a major arcana unless they've drawn 4 of them.

Each minor arcana represents bits of [[God Game Lite:Resources|resources]] that the deity has collected. Face cards give 10 of the appropriate resource, but also increase certain [[God Game Lite:Problems|problems]]. 

Each major arcana gives 4 of each resource as well as suggesting a major religious event. The specifics of the event are left up to the GM, but see below for some suggestions.

==Acts==
Each epoch, each deity can perform three major [[God Game Lite:Acts|acts]] and any number of minor acts. They can also choose to bank some of these for later epochs if they can't think of much better to do with them.

==Growth and movement==
At the end of an epoch, the GM should describe how the choices made play out and how the various populations grow, move and change. Finally, the GM should let the players know what they new Belief is.
