''Name and history unrevealed. Only recently showed up on the New York City scene. He’s dead set on making a place of power for himself in the cities underworld. In a brazen act of violence he almost killed Grey Goblin but was stopped by Goblyness wielding a wooden pike. He’s fought off Malcolm on a couple of occasions and shows little interest in Spider-Man at all. He may well have his sights truly set on usurping Osborn himself. He’s most definitely a vampire, but his features are very goblin-ish… and he does call himself the Grim Goblin.''
