High Concept: R''etrained Historian Scientist'' - Originally trained in xenoarchaeology and various related fields, the recent devastation of Starfleet has meant that Hanna has been retrained to fill a much more general scientific role. Her main area of expertise is still the past, but she's undergone a broad, if somewhat shallow retraining to allow her to fill some of the roles that have been deemed 'more important'

Trouble: ''Distracted By History'' - Hanna loves history in all it's forms, and can't help herself when she sees it. It'd take her some effort not to go look at that apparent antique First Dynasty Bat'leth on the wall, or to pay attention to anything over than the storyteller over there recounting the history of his people to some children, even if there are more important things to be getting on with.

Youth: ''University Tellarite Wrestling Champion'' - most would see a heavily academic background as something of a sedentary life. Hanna would disagree, and inform those people just how stupid that view is, possibly while grappling them into submission. Torn between physical sports and her university's debating society, she decided to mix the two and found that she was rather skilled with traditional Tellarite wrestling, finding the physical style quite suited to dealing with taller individuals, and her mind both stubborn and inventive enough for the required stream of imaginative insults that are also a part of the sport.

First Adventure: ''Turns out this colony isn't abandoned''- one of Hanna's first misadventures in space found her in what was assumed to be an ancient abandoned colony of an unknown species. It turned out that the colony ruins were being monitored, and after several weeks of studying the place the Starfleet away team, including Hanna, were attacked, while their ship was forced to leave orbit. While most of the landing parties were killed. Having recognized, but not yet proven a relation between the placement of certain buildings and wells, Hannah found herself and three other officers a cramped hiding space in a rubble-filled well overgrown with local plants outside of their initial survey area, where they spent the next five days until rescue arrived.

Other: ''Relatively Old Hand'' - the devastation of Vulcan and a significant portion of the fleet has resulted in Starfleet's ranks being filled quickly, with cadets and quickly-trained enlisted personnel filling roles they would never have been considered qualified for earlier. Hanna is not such a person, having already spent six years in active service and earning her rank through experience.
