Edward Rook is the CEO and founder of [[Harbor_City_Goliath|Goliath Electronics]].  He is quite possibly the wealthiest man in Harbor City.  Back in the 1940's, Rook was a masked vigilante known as The Raven.  Although he had no super powers, he was feared by the underworld bosses at the time.  He's a lifelong enemy of [[Harbor_City_Garibaldi_Family|the Garibaldi family]], and a personal friend of [[Harbor_City_Chief|Police Chief Neville Strong]], who knows his secret identity.  He also maintains ties with his former sidekick [[Harbor_City_Burt_Ward|Burt Ward]] who used to be The Silver Fox.  Ward also knows his identity.  Both Ward and Strong, however, have sworn secrecy.

Even though he's in his 90's, he's well-preserved and healthy, and still very much in charge of Goliath.
