Boardmember [[Harbor_City_James_Watson|James Watson]] was recently disgraced and forced off the board, and now runs a competing business called [[Harbor_City_Watson_Technologies|Watson Technologies]]. Councilmember [[Harbor_City_Israel_Tanaka|Israel Tanaka]] has accused Goliath Electronics of making electronic death rays for the CIA and shipping them to South America.
