Editing Harness the Bells of War

Sweet Brass, and those she empowers, are superlative relays, attuned to their commanders and able to make themselves heard over the noisiest din.  When a relay under the affects of this Charm makes a War roll on behalf of her commander, that roll is made as a Reflexive Action (with, therefore, no Speed and no DV penalty), rather than part of the Commander's Flurry or as the Relay's dice action.  Additionally, only half of the unit's Magnitude (rounded down) is applies as a difficulty on relevant rolls; the unit still requires the full number of relays to function, however.  This Charm lasts for a scene and costs 15m and 1wp; Sweet Brass can use this Charm while immaterial.
