Editing Hexen Ward: Character Advancement

Players will have opportunities to earn XP by completing various character objectives. Additionally, they earn 1 XP each time the GM declares a ''story break''.

Earned XP can be spent when earned or banked to spend later.

==Tier 0==
Sometimes the game experience doesn't quite match with chargen expectations. Tier 0 adjustments exist specifically to deal with those sorts of tweaks and changes without leveling an XP tax for the privilege. Tier 0 adjustments are only available during a character's first couple ''breaks'' in the game.
