'''Assistant for Charitable Aid''' <br>
The Assistant for Charitable Aid aids with half of her Director's dual portfolio.  She is the first point of contact for all incoming requests for aid and, generally, the first contact for all outgoing offers.  She writes memos assessing need compared with the Foundation's ability to provide and contrasting with requests from other areas, taking into account the history of the region/requester.  She must maintain familiarity with the list of responders maintained by the office of the Director of Programs, in order to match them with best-fit situations, and must also maintain communication with and supply lines for responders in the field.  Finally, she is responsible for post-intervention follow-up, to make sure that the Foundation's aid has seen maximum use and has had continued positive effect.
