This's derived from the Wound and Vitality System from ''Unearthed Arcana'', and featured in the ''Star Wars'' Roleplaying Game. I've renamed Wounds as Kernel (Since the core component of a Program is usually its Kernel), and Vitality as Shell(Since the Shell is the outer layer of a Program). Otherwise it's the same.
