- [[Husbaleve: May 1297]] * After 1 week of Training Geris has returned to the group and they are ready to venture forth again. He has brought with him a red elf named Laleh the Seventh Tide. * The group splits, with Barstuhl commanding a group of goblins above and the remainder heading underground in an attempt at assassination of the leaders of the goblin enclave. Thwarted by a locked door, the latter build a fire in the tunnel then return the way they came. Havoc ensues in the enclave and the group decide to keep the initiative and attack. One group of goblins is captured bloodlessly with many of the goblins, including the chief and his bodyguard, are occupied with the fire in the open compound. The latter are undone by a combination of arrow fire, sorcery and the fire, and, despite some rousing drumming from the far side of the compound, they flee, with most of the bodyguard and, it emerges, the chief, slain. * Krarth the goblin is given the chieftain´s crown and the other goblins are told in no uncertain terms to obey his rule. * The compound is largely secured and some fires brought under control, but much of it will become ashes, although rain is expected this night. * The shaman has escaped so the group leave Krarth to exercise his kingly muscles and they find the shaman´s quarters, essentially a shrine. Sensing the goblins´awe for the place, it is left untouched and the shaman is quickly found nearby with an escort of a dozen goblins that looks ready to break. * The group stays the night with the goblins.
