[http://wiki.rpg.net/index.php/The_Achilus_Crusade_War_Without_End Back to War Without End Main] '''Inquisitor Simesh''' Ordo Hereticus, Puritan, no factional alignment (Assassin/Inquisitor). Simesh is the complete opposite to Flemick, a mistress of meticulous investigation, undercover work and subtlety. Where Flemick can be seen coming from several systems away, Simesh prides herself on her infiltration methods. Her patience is legendary, and she'll quite happily spend months or longer ingratiating herself in her role just to ctach out one heretic in the act. Her methods of secret, but it is widely rumoured that she has used polymorphine more than once to achieve her goals. Unlike Gwen and Mikos, she has no interest in political power or attaining rank. She's a field agent to the end and wants nothing more than to continue her work, free from political concerns. In many ways, Gwen views her as the more dangerous of the two, and certainly the harder one to fight back against. Simesh's interest in bringing Gwen down is purely a matter of duty and nothing more. Simesh believes Gwen to be a heretic and knows that at some point she'll slip up and be caught out. Then it's just a matter of taking the evidence to tribunal. And Simesh can wait until that time comes... She's a short and slender woman, frequently wearing syn-skin or bodygloves - all the better for silent movement. Her prowess as a sharpshooter is famous, but she is also a master of the silent kill - poisons, drugs, a blade through the neck... She is quite rightly feared by heretics and radicals across the sector and Gwen knows better than to underestimate her.
