Within Star Cinemas There is a hidden office, This office has a desk and monitors that look over the security cameras of the building and exterior cameras. there are several concealed entrances into this office from diffrent locations within the Theater. The Office is located in the basement. Behind one plane wall with a single electrical outlet is concealed a secret elivator. Hidden behind the wall is a bluetooth receiver. When the proper Keycode is given one can access the controls to the eilvator and door via a bluetooth connection. A voice valdiation and digital encryption key are then used to gain access.<br> Jack calls this place "'''Contingency'''."

Below the building's basement, to an old abandoned store room and through a hole in the wall...  into an old, bricked-over sub-basement...  through a series of utility tunnels into the sewers... a quick hop from the water treatment tunnel over into the subway... onto an old set of abandoned tracks, to an old 1920's Platform station that was built over during a period of regrowth in DC.
