Editing Jack Union III

	Jack Union the Third is proof that being a superhero doesn't necessarily mean you can't be scum.  Jack Union is a legacy hero of amazing pedigree.  He is, first, the grandson of the World War 2 hero Jack Union.  Next, his father was Jack Union the Second and his mother was Lady Excalibur.  Jack Union himself knew that he was expected to become a superhero and that the government would practically insist upon it.  Had they been thinking clearly, they would have realized that he was utterly unsuitable.


	Jack Union III had always been a troublemaker and delinquent, only his father's fame managing to keep him from serving serious jail time.  Ultimately, Jack was enrolled in the military in the hopes that it would straight him out.  Jack discovered that he liked being a soldier.  His superiors found that his parent's training had made him into an exceptional athlete with a brilliant tactical mind.  Better still, Jack made it clear to his superiors that he didn't mind getting his hand's dirty.  When his Metaman abilities manifested, they immediately signed him up to become Britain's newest national hero.


	Jack Union III, his actual name assumed to be an alias, trashed Britain's enemies wherever they were found.  He fought in the Gulf War and became an icon with the pictures of him hefting a tank over his head.  Those who read about Jack Union's adventures believed he stood for Queen and Country above all.  Those who knew Jack personally thought of him as a drunk, a braggart, and a bully.  At least one woman was threatened by the government to avoid sexual assault charges.


	Ultimately, Jack Union grew bored with his service to the country and found himself surrounded by men he couldn't respect.  On the verge of a dishonorable discharge despite his fame, he managed to capture Blood Wing.  It was surprisingly easy and the psychopath didn't even seem to resist.  He stopped by to gloat and found himself talking at length with his prisoner.  There Jack finally found someone who understood his frustrations.  It wasn't so much of what Blood Wing said but the seeds he planted in the back of Union's mind.  Blood Wing also 'cracked' and informed Jack Union of an upcoming P.H.A.N.T.O.M attack.  


	Jack Union used the attack as an excuse to kill his commanding officer plus all of his teammates as "collateral damage."  As a result, he was the only survivor of a mission that saved all of Britain.  As a result, Jack Union III was invited to join the Patriots.  Jack was a member only for a week before he jumped ship to become one of the Justicars.  He encouraged the worst of the groups excesses and was eager to take part in the coup against the United States.  Now, he's mostly tolerated by the other members because he's muscle.  Jack doesn't care as long as he gets to bust heads.  Even so, Manhatten Project has threatened to kill him on several occasions and Jack knows he means it.


	There is almost nothing remotely worthwhile in Jack Union III.  He's a bully and a bigot against just about anything different from (a white male heterosexual Londoner).  Jack has no care as to who his power hurts or why so long as he can exercise it.  The fact he never became a super villain was merely because being 'good' paid better and offered better press.  About the only person he cares for is his sister, Jane Union.


	Jack Union used to wear a bodysuit costume of the United Kingdom's flag but has switched to a long trench coat with the flag on the back.  He disdains costumes and instead fights in his leather pants with half buttoned shirt.  Jack constantly smells of alcohol and cheap cigarettes.  Jack often looks high, which is usually because he is. The man has a long black mullet that he keeps greased up and dark penetrating eyes.  He is a huge man at over six and a half feet in height plus muscles of a man weighing three hundred pounds.
