Athletic and lean, bronzed Jiordj hails from a remote village of tribesmen (the tree-men of Kallallallah) on the edges of the jungle Kahl along the river Pushh. Prized for the most excellent trackers, the people of this remote village have learned to survive through an almost supernatural vigilance of the terrors that lurk everywhere within their domain.

Jiordgj is one of the most revered, being the eldest in the village (just having passed twenty summers in age). He has tired of this life, being lured from his native home by the riddle of humor. Never having known this strange and potent force which causes one’s belly to shake uncontrollably, he has learned that humor lurks somewhere in the hearts of civilized men. He uses his talents now to be closer to these wise humorists who can share such secrets with him. Besides, at home, he’s now known as “old fart.”
