Joe Jeffries is a 19 year old college student, studying Electrical Engineering at a university on the west coast, and is travelling back to see family on the east coast. He grew up as the son of a local DJ, surrounded by radio equipment. He learned how radio worked, and loved talking to people so far away,and to people on the move. Instead of following his father and brcoming a 'face' of radio, he went to study how everything worked behind the scenes.
