Personality Description: A happy socialite. Is how most people would describe her. But this is simply a cover for a much darker personality. While most people will see her happy face she is really quite capable of murder if it furthers her goals.

Appearance: Usually dressed in a low cut glamerweave turquoise dress and a slightly magical pair of high heels (read very high they're the latest fashion. The magic is to stop her from falling over in combat or during any other activity). She almost always wheres a pair of Bracers of Wind. Her hair is a lustrous black and her eyes a glowing green.

History: Born in Koranberg to a wealthy family she went to The University of Koranberg where she studied magic. One of her teachers a gnome called Professor Harkra Loivaerl Lonadar was to have a great affect on the course of her life. One of the pioneers of modern elemental binding and founder of The Power of Purity Harkra was idolized by Julia and where as before she was going through with mediocre grades while spending most of her time partying she now threw herself into her studies coming top of her class in elemental theory and second in planes lore with above ninety-five percent in the rest.

After she left University she spent a few years traveling to various locations of planar significance. It was during a trip to Sharn that she became both a socialite and a criminal. Out for a walk one night marveling at what a manifest zone could help achieve she was approached by several people among them Harkra. They offered her five-thousand Galifars if she would safe guard a stolen kyber dragonshard overnight. Although it wasn't a great deal of money for the heiress and usually she would have gone to the police but Harkra was there so she agreed. She took the jewel back to her parents house in Sharn and secured in her safe.

Late at night she heard someone quietly searching the house for something. She quickly realized that this person was hear to take the dragonshard. She quietly got dressed in her traveling clothes packed and began opening her safe. She opened it pick up the dragonshard and walked to the window jumped out and activated feather fall. Next morning she dropped the dragonshard off at the specified place and told Harkra what had happened. Harkra thought the way she had managed thing was masterful and invited Julia to become her apprentice in both magic and crime. Amazed Julia accepted.

After many years Harkra retired from crime to study magic more but Julia continued to improve it was during this time that she met Drake through Bella and the three have remained in close contact ever since.
