Humanity has brought this end upon itself. Generations ago, humanity was prosperous... So great were the people that no longer could one planet simply hold them. They built great things, saw amazing things and became more and more powerful... But as time went on, and humanity advanced, they found more and more that many tasks were beneath them... So man invaded the domain of god and created life to serve as their 'servants', but they were just slaves...

Generations passed, and slowly their slaves grew more powerful using the technology that was used to create them. The slaves were many, and while some wished to rebel, they knew their fight would lead them to their defeat at the superior minds and technology of their creators...

But one day, seemingly overnight the slaves gained massive technological power, above even that of their creators... And in the bloodiest and shortest war in history they destroyed mankind and locked the remnant away in these prisons... These creations who were once slaves are the beastmen you encountered and the ones that brought you here...
