==Lore==
The town of Kamenka on the mouth of the Plava River is Nezdohva's premiere port and contains the country's largest docks, conducting shipping business with the Raktine Confederacy, the Oasis States, the surviving merchants of Ancalia, and even the rare ship from Lom or the Ulstang Skerries. It also deals heavily in river traffic as well, making maritime endeavors the most prolific and profitable business to be found there. The town is ruled with an iron fist by the mechanical boyar Andrei Sokolov, from his opulent manor at the center of the main road.

Recently, Kamenka's bay and shipping lanes were disrupted by the emergence of a terrible sea-beast called a kraken, but thanks to the intervention of four people revealed to be demigods, the monster was vanquished and sea travel was opened once more.

*Bountiful Sea Life: Kamenka's waters (both river and ocean) are filled to the brim with all manner and variety of sea creatures, causing their fishermen's nets to never be empty and seafood to start being a primary export. Even the Oasis States purchase salt cod in bulk from the town, and they have plenty to spare.

*Incredible Production Speed: All of Kamenka's craftsmen have their work speed greatly increased, allowing goods to be collected or produced at ten times the normal rate. A cobbler can make ten pairs of handcrafted shoes in a day instead of just one, while fishermen pull in ten nets' worth of food for every one they cast out.

*Standing Militia: Kamenka's citizens have been trained as a strong fighting force, with preternatural drilling techniques and an officer corps that puts many boyar soldiers to shame. As a result, the Blue Flame - as they call themselves - stand ready to protect the town from all threats both interior and exterior.
