He favors long cloaks, Roman-era architecture, and talks a lot like Khan Noonian Singh as played by Ricardo Montalbon. He has been an active supervillain since at least 1938. He controls a secret empire in La Inferna Verde in Brazil, and makes regular attempts to conquer the remainder of the New World through advanced technology, armed minions, and subtle conspiracies.
