If a vampire war was coming to this town, what better way to flummox your opponent than by flooding the city with problems like me? From what I gathered, rules governing the making of new vampires needed to be observed in order to keep things running smooth. Which making 'babies' irresponsibly threw to a fare-thee-well. <br><br>
