She talks as she swabs the open break down and binds it tight: does the man know how to get to the clinic? Yes, he does. There will be someone there who prep him so she can stitch him up, here is a scrip for painkillers, give it to the girl manning the clinic. She will be back in half an hour. No, no, you don't have to pay me anything. They'll give you a pain killer and I'll come down and stitch you up. The man takes the scrip gingerly and shuffles for the clinic.
