Licu is a member of the xxx elf tribe. He is a ranger, and since xxx was killed by mud apes, his tribes best hunter. He ocasionaly works as a guide for [[Rudi Daan]], when the merchant is in Mal'rock. He gave Licu a magic bracelet that warms up when the merchant is close to Saehma. Licu then meets him at a prearranged spot.
