'''The Howling Halls:''' One of the most amazing things about Underworld is the Changelings' ability to adapt and work with the latent magical pollution of the under city. The vast connecting tunnels, the subways and sewers along with them...they seem almost impossible to navigate now. They twist on each other constantly, and strange features, such as rivers, have been added to them. However, the Changelings of Underworld navigate them with skill, if not perfection. It should also be mentioned that while these tunnels were meant originally for transport, many strange pockets have formed in these walls. Some hold little Underworld rest stops, some hold subterranean farms...most hold stranger things. '''Neverland Plaza:''' Originally meant to be the town center for the post-apocalyptic city, [[Razor Jenny's Story (Tobyverse)|Razor Jenny]] has re-purposed this central area for the construction of homes. Most of the population lives here, and the result is sort of fascinating looking. The magic corruption is present here too, so there is a very strange mix of strange, alien trees stretching to a ceiling designed in the sweeping style of Empire City, with little houses made of scrap metal built around their bases and in their branches. The actual buildings designed before Underworld are utilized as well. '''Goblin Market:''' There are plenty of little passageways to other realms scattered throughout the city, but only one Jenny has found is usable and consistent. In fact, several explorers from the city have traveled out into the strangeness...And returned with strange and wonderful things. Many magic potentials make their home in this district, and with this combination of results, even non-Changelings can be found in this town. The Goblin Market has become somewhat of a magic Black Market. '''Razor Point:''' Only Razor Jenny would put the center of her government in what was intended to be the industrial center. Her 'palace' is a huge steel mill, and even as she lives there, she puts it to work. Her people are creating something...no one on the surface is sure just what. Jenny usually addresses her family from Neverland Plaza, but her more secret business is done there. '''Elysium Park:''' Even in the strangeness of Underworld, the Park makes no sense. When one enters, he or she feels grass under their feet. Indeed, there is a large field, followed by a row of trees in the distance. Jenny has put the field to work, for farming of strange, otherworldly subterranean crops, as well as areas of festivity on the edge of the woods, but she is wary of this place. For one thing, none of her people have confirmed anything on the other side...and some claim that if you go deep enough into the woods, the ceiling gives way to a sparkling, alien sky. Strange creatures walk the forest, which are hunted, though some of the leaders in Elysium want to try herding them.
