Making her way from spaceport to spaceport with quick fingers and a quicker tongue, Nysa managed to stay one step ahead of too much trouble. She even joined up with a group of interstellar pirates for a while, which was mostly fun until the first time the piracy turned violent. Nysa was in it for the thrills, not to actually hurt people. Charming as ever, she managed to leave the group on good terms and still remains in touch with them. Luckily, at the next port of call Nysa had the opportunity to stow away on a luxury cruise headed to the resort planet of Fhloston, where she overheard some vacationing (and very intoxicated) scientists bragging about an amazing new technology they were working on. Nysa managed to steal the prototype, hoping to sell it for a nice sum of credits. Unfortunately the tech was a very volatile, strange green energy inside the canister Nysa stole. The canister inevitably broke and washed the energy onto the thief. It reacted strangely with her K’aitian physiology, which absorbed the energy and transformed her into a semi-energy state. She didn’t really feel any different, aside from feeling… well, energized. But she was different. Besides now being green, she was a lot tougher and she quickly learned she could manipulate the green energy in amazing ways: from shooting simple blasts of energy, to creating solid energy objects and even assuming a pure energy form to pass through solid objects. And she rather liked being green; it was always her favorite color. Unfortunately, now the Talvic Research Corporation is after her. They are none too happy their discovery was stolen and they want it back. The TRC are a notoriously unscrupulous corp (ask what’s left of those scientists Nysa stole the canister from) so they are more than willing extract the energy back out of Nysa in whatever way they can. Nysa isn’t worried, though. With her new powers she could explore the whole galaxy and who would be able to stop her? Well, it turns out maybe the slavers who got the drop on her and slapped a power nullifier on her. That’ll teach her for being so overconfident. She obviously must not be the first super-powered being they’ve caught, why else would they have power nullifiers? Live and learn. But they can’t keep this nullifier on her forever, she figures. And when the chance presents itself to escape, she’ll jump on it. Maybe she’ll even try to stop the slavers themselves. Nysa might be a con artist and petty thief, but slavery turns her stomach. ===Pesonality/Tactics===
