Dwinnel is straightforward. He likes drinking ale, mining for gold and gems, hearing and telling bawdy jokes, feasting, and singing songs about feasting, ale, and gold and gems. He's a dwarf's dwarf. "Good ol' Dwin," his many friends called him.

Until he became aware that he was Called to undertake a Great Quest. To go above earth and do what no one else could do. He resents it. He resists it. But still he is called.

"Poor Dwin," his friends call him now.
