''"You do not understand the true holiness and power of the Rising Gods! Their reign over this Realm, perhaps over all realms will be absolute and their followers will be rewarded with a place in heaven, the souls shall sing Heaven's grace again thanks to the Pantheon!"'' Malorn is a fanatic of the Prophesies of the Rising Gods which was largely predicted by Lordess Dega's father and grandfather both of whom were largely thought to be mad in their day. However, as the Throne of Heaven lay empty and the Realm lay broken, Malorn has been able to convince a minor following in Ancalia of the "truth" of the prophesies and, fully believing it himself and trying his best to spread this belief, that the Godbound are, in fact, the Rising Gods spoken of in prophesy and that they are a new pantheon of gods who are meant to bring Arcem out of darkness and into a brighter age that even rivals the former prosperity of the Realm. Malorn can always be found in the small home he owns just on the edge of Greymere, a home he has emptied out and made into a poor man's "temple" of sorts as he petitions for a full temple to the Rising Gods. Rumor has spread that he has even had a chance to glimpse these deities in their splendor and that they are no less impressive than the prophesies foretold. Malorn dresses in pure black with a gray oaken staff, the top of which is formed into a kind of metal mace. He is a tall, thin man with gray eyes and paler skin than most Ancalians though the slight caramel color still gives away his homelands.
