The plant is owned by [[Corporations#NBC|New Byzantine Chemicals (nbc)]] in Londinium, but on Muir Boone is the man. He controls the payroll, labor, supplies, everything necessary to run the plant. As a result he also controls the Starport, the post office and numerous other utilities.
