Editing Matsu Otan

=Background=

Family: Matsu (+1 Strength)

School: Akodo Bushi (+1 Perception)

Not every samurai of the Matsu clan becomes a berserker.  Otan could have done that but he was born at a time where there was "difficulty" between the Akodo and Matsu families.  The Clan Champion arranged for several of the younger students to attend the school of the other and a few marriages to help mend rifts and bringing them closer.  Otan was one of those and he flourished at his new schools.  His forceful personality and ability to tell a decent story made him quite popular even if he was perhaps not the most diplomatic of the graduates.  

He has a rare gift with the sword, though not any manner of duelists.  He does have a tendency to leap before he looks, but he is very nearly without fear.  He is currently working for the magistrate in part to provide the group with combat techniques and partially to settle him out.
