[[Image:SlnDwd.jpg|300x300px|left]] Daughter of Sir William Dashwood and the granddaughter of Sir Francis Dashwood, she is an Oxford graduate with a specialty in Biological Thaumaturgy. She is currently studying the methods by which living things can be altered at inception, ''ab initio'', in contrast to Moreau's work in changing adult creatures. She is also in the process of legally declaring her father deceased, who has been missing these past ten years. Under ordinary circumstances, she should have no problem getting him declared desceased but has been given the legal run-around.

Selene Dashwood was kidnapped on the evening of 14 August 1867 and taken away to the Continent by the sorcerous Countess Rembecki, there to be put in a magical stasis and shipped to parts unknown as a stuffed museum mannequin. Her fate is as yet unknown.

Return to [[The Dark Corners of the Earth | '''''The Dark Corners of the Earth''''' ]]
