==General Fredric Alexander== 
A career soldier who is used to the old way of doing things, he dislikes Mobile Suit combat and believes them to be cheating, he favours massed formations of conventional vehicles and views his MS units as highly expandable.

=86th MS Forward Recon Team=

==Colonel Sofiya Pavlovena==
The commander of the 86th, a tall scarred women who walks with the aid of a cane. It's been suggested that her injuries were sustianed in combat at some point but she has so far neither confirmed nor denied it. She is a skilled officer and focuses mostly on the planning when she does deploy into combat her self she pilots a customized Ground Gundam, she will do her best to look after the troops under her command and spends a lot of time fighting to get them the proper material needed to carry out their missions.

==Warrant Officer  Alice Jameson==
Chief Engineer of the 86th, a true scavenger and mechanical genius who is able to to keep MS running just on wire an chewing gum it seems, she loves MS and her locker is covered in pictures of various MS. She is very rough mannered when speaking to people especially to those pilots who bring back an MS in less than pristine condition. She pilots a custom GM, that is generally unarmed and outfitted for recovery operations.

==Doctor Lillian Anders==
An old, very experienced Surgeon who is as quick to offer advice to the soldiers she treats as to fix there wounds, seems to have a limitless knowledge of quotes and platitudes.

==Lieuteant Gerald Debrescu==
Chief of security for the 86th, when they are deployed its up to Gerald and his men to secure the temporary base, and when they are home its up to him to make sure they don't cause too much trouble, seems to know most of the MP's in the Federation and can usually resuce his charges from too much trouble. However he is also suspected of being a spy for the High Command.
