== Appearance and Personality==

Mer is the more attractive of the two sisters, a buxom redhead that is filled with a love of the world around her.  She is perpetually cheerful in her demeanor and absolutely loves showing off her figure in a variety of ways.  Despite the fact she works in a brothel, she's the most sexually inexperienced staff member with only a few lovers.  Mer routinely gets into trouble and needs her sister to bail her out.

Ci is the dark haired and cold sister.  Many men find her extremely attractive despite her less classically beautiful aspects.  Ci genuinely puts on an air of cold disdain for the world around her and seems to enjoy playing the snob even with the aristocracy.  Ci is naturally a lesbian and only interacts with men on a sexual level for money or favors.  Mer is actually unaware that her sister is such.

== Background ==

A pair of lower class young women adopted by Kisa when they were younger to avoid them starving to death, they've been raised as servants of the House Cat Valken ever since then.  They are the only staff members that are aware that Kisa is associated with the Serpents Gang and would protect her for dear life, considering her their mother (their actual mother died of cholera during one of the many epidemics that struck the city).
