All BT Stats are  listed as Piloting/Gunnery. The BT stats are a character's "to Hit" base before any modifiers. If someone has odd Piloting/Gunnery will add their "to Hit" stats for Piloting and Gunnery and that will determine their rank level.  (i.e. Piloting 5, Gunnery of 3 would be a total of 8 (5+3) so that character would be Regular 2.;
