      <p ALIGN="LEFT"> When  the mage reaches 5 arcane order dots she may use this merit to  instead utilize the Arcane touch, Empower spell, Enlarge spell,  Extend spell, or shape spell merits once a day without expending a  willpower for doing so.</p>
