They include the [[humans]], the [[Eldar]], the [[Scro]], the [[Draconids]], the Falanar, The Kagoth, the Tulgar, and the Xatosians.  Some are independent, some are part of a major nation.  Of course, other aliens exist outside the 50 Light Years orb around the Solar System.  The Valacantha is one of these.
