Eventually he joined the Invictus and served as a hound and latter as Herald. When Prince Seegar too the throne he asked Evitt to become his Seneschal and the Gangrel agreed. The Carthians see him as a symbol of how one can rise from the bottom and reach the top and believe him sympathetic to their cause, even if he is not. Other Invictus know him to be an excellent politician and master manipulator, able to get his hands dirty when needed or convince others to do it for him.
