'''Imperator:''' Nachash, an Aaron's Serpent, Imperator of Salt, Gateways, America, Deception, and Rain (known Estates), master of the Powers of [[Nobilis:_Beneath_The_Serpent%27s_Coils]] Honourable +1: As a Serpent, Nachash prioritises the survival of Creation and the World Ash before all other concerns and is vehemently opposed to Excrucians and the agenda of Hell. His Powers may recognise those who serve such ends on sight. Bright Warning -1: Nachash is a Ymera with no use for Powers who shirk the onerous burden of the Valde Bellum, and thus has marked all of his Powers with a beacon that announces their presence to all who would threaten Yggdrasil, that even should they try to evade their responsibility, those who would see Nobles cast down can seek them out and force their hand. Unfathomable +2: A creature alien not only to humans but to Earth and Cneph's warden Imperators, Nachash's nature is known only to himself, and his Powers share some of his inscrutability: their Estates cannot be divined by magic, their lies cannot be detected, and their very appearances defy description. Cruel -1: The Imperator's reptilian heart has no room for love of his Powers -- his demands of them will tax them to the limits of their strengths and hearts. Cold -1: Nachash's Powers are bound to his own Code as well as their own. Multitudinous Mystery Cult +1: The Serpent has a widespread following, and many of his devotees will leap to the service of those who wield fragments of his soul in defence of Creation. Corrupted Mystery Cult -1: Due in no small part to his Unfathomable nature, Nachash's wishes have been interpreted in all manner of ways, and some of his followers not only see his Powers as usurpers of the Serpent's Imperial majesty, but wield their own weird magics against these upstarts.
