This does not give you any bonuses to defense, nor penalties to attack Elastic Face: Enhanced Skill (Deception +12), Limited: Disguise only (-2), and Quickness 6, Limited: Disguises Only (-2) (4) The more Mr. Fantastic version of Morph-- you can disguise yourself very well, at least as "Not You," by altering your physical features and build. Unlike a normal Disguise, this only takes you about 10 seconds to put your face on. Elongation 3 (3) From 15 feet of reach to 120. Movement 2 (Safe Fall, Slithering) (4) Speed 2 (2) Protection 8 (8) Transform 4 (Inorganic Matter into Inorganic Matter), Continuous (20) From 3 pounds to 12. Yeah, it's still going to take you a long time to reshape a car. That's a very versatile, powerful ability, there, so hey, it's what you could afford. Alternate Power: Mugged by Sculpy: Str-based Damage 4, Split, Penetrating 5 linked to Affliction 8 (Hindered and Vulnerable/Defenseless and Immobile), Resisted by Dodge, Limited Degree, Extra Condition, Reversible, Split (1) Since the Base Power doubled in points, the Alternate Powers did, too, but I couldn't increase the damage any further. Therefore, I combined them into one-- your attack now both does damage and traps your foe.
